Description

KEY2ACT is currently hiring a Sr. Business Analyst who will work closely with our Connect customers and internal team members to fulfill business objectives. This position focuses on pre-sales assistance (to ensure that proper expectations are set with prospects to maximize positive outcomes as they progress through the customer lifecycle) and Customer Success activities (e.g. on-boarding, implementation and adoption, advocacy and retention).

The Sr. Business Analyst is expected to have proficient knowledge of mechanical systems and/or field experience in HVAC systems and the business practices of mechanical contractors.

This position can be remote anywhere within the continental United States.

We're looking for people who can:

  • Engage with KEY2ACT sales teams and their prospects to understand their connected building initiatives and assist with establishing requirements around implementation and training needs. The goal of these interactions is to mitigate against any potential risks, to ensure success at the completion of the project.
  • Lead all customer on-boarding and implementation related activities. This may include scheduling and conducting in-person or virtual meetings and project management.
  • Drive customer success outcomes-reduce customer churn and increase contract renewal rates, influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction. Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and referenceability of new and current customers.
  • Manage customer success activities-conduct trainings, identify opportunities for additional Professional Services engagements, collaborate with other KEY2ACT team members to provide an exceptional customer experience. Serve as an advocate for the customer and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain contact and a rhythm of relationship with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers and KEY2ACT Optimization Engineers.
  • Collaborate with KEY2ACT sales, marketing and support leadership to define and optimize customer lifecycle through varying strategies.
  • Ensure stakeholders and senior management are kept up-to-date with initiatives and progress.
  • Provide information, training, and support to customers to assist them in selling the Connect product to their customer base.
  • Communicate customer experience best practices to the Connect team.
  • Travel 30% - 60% of the time.

We're looking for people whose background includes:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, facilities engineering, or related field OR equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software professional services.
  • At least 5 years of experience with mechanical systems or field experience with building automation or HVAC systems.
